What if I Need to Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order this must be done within a 24 hour period, after this time your order will have been started to be made and therefore cannot be cancelled.
We stand behind our products. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the issue. If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 20 days of the delivery date.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at customer expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
Your item must be in the original packaging with tag. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Please note all returns back to us at the address below using any other trackable method are at your expense unless previously discussed with a Banga Society representative.

Can I Add a Note/ Gift Wrap my Items?
All items are nicely packaged and we are happy to ship straight to the giftee with or without a receipt and add a note on your behalf, just leave the info in the notes box @ checkout and/or followup your confirmation order email with a note.
